We currently ship UPS Ground, so we do not ship to PO Boxes. For international orders contact us ( StrongHips@CaliLift.com ) and we will be able to figure out a way to deliver it to you. We have shipped to Britain, Japan, Colombia, Australia and Canada.

The Cali Lift® and its parts have a 5-year warranty. The belt has a 3-year warranty. *The bands do not come with any warranty from us. Treat the bands well and they’ll last a long time. But they will wear out. You should check bands before and after every use. At the first sign of any damage to a band STOP using it immediately and replace it with a new, undamaged band. They are not expensive.
